LYS Energy Group

LYS Energy Group is pleased to receive the opportunity to speak at British American Tobacco (Singapore) Private Limited (BAT) Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) Event in Mar 2021. Represented by our Chief Sales and Marketing Officer Pierre-Manuel Patry and Business Development Manager Katheryn Tan, LYS introduced solar energy to tackle climate change and why the shift towards cleaner energy becomes necessary.

LYS Energy shared the values of integrating clean energy initiatives and showcases how much savings companies could get and the amount of CO2 a rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) system could offset. It was a privilege to play our part and interact with BAT’s like-minded peers and professionals.

In Nov 2020, BAT was named in the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) for the 19th consecutive year and, once again, was the first and only tobacco company to be included in the prestigious DJSI World Index. Other than going solar, BAT also aims to propel its sustainability plans with optimum waste management solutions.

Together with Businesses across the region, LYS Energy will further accelerate low carbon activities towards a decarbonized economy. Find out how to implement low carbon practices in your business operations with cleaner and cheaper energy: contact@lysenergy.com.
